The Echo Of The Sea is an award-winning beachfront villa, right at sea level, offering the perfect blend of luxury amenities and sea breeze.

This stunning architectural gem features landscaped gardens, marble finishes inside and out, authentic Cretan touches like arches, open courtyards, and cloisters, the use of Claustra Brick screens and the local traditional mortar called Kourasani. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in its 140 sq.m. It has three en-suite bedrooms with king-size beds dressed in premium linens, one of which also includes bunk beds, separated by a wall/closet and a sliding door. The bunk beds are 1m. wide, making them perfect both for adults and kids. The house is fully air-conditioned with extra ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and the indoor kitchen fully equipped.

The outdoor area offers a 50 sq.m. heated pool with saline water (salt electrolysis system), an outdoor 3-4 seater Jacuzzi, single and double sun loungers and floating poufs, and a beautiful Cretan garden.  There’s also an outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ and gas pizza oven, and a Cretan herb garden right next to the BBQ area. The alfresco dining area features a marble table for 8, set under tamarisk trees.

Designed for effortless indoor-outdoor living, the villa’s spacious layout allows residents to flow naturally from a dip in the pool to lounging under the sun, from dining al fresco on the shaded terrace to enjoying cocktails on the deck, or quietly reading while gazing at breathtaking sea views.

At night, the villa offers an unforgettable stargazing experience. The area’s light pollution is minimal, making the Milky Way visible with the naked eye. Just 5 minutes by car away is the iconic Frangokastello Castle, a Venetian fortress famous for the ghostly phenomenon called Drosoulites, appearing at dawn from late May to early June. Three family-run taverns are within walking distance from the villa, and just 2 km. Just a 5-minute drive from the villa is the Frangokastello village with super markets, cafés, and bakeries.
