All the ingredients you’ll use are fresh and locally sourced. From fresh herbs and vegetables to extra-virgin olive oil and Cretan cheeses, Chrisoula and Eleni will demonstrate age-old cooking methods and techniques to enhance your cooking, highlighting the true protagonists of each dish: the fresh ingredients! You’ll be amazed by the final tastes, given the short list of ingredients. Crete is a fantastic example of Cucina Povera and slow cooking – that’s how Cretans have lived for centuries.
