Overview

No visit to Crete is truly complete without a day out on the sea! We warmly invite you to discover the island’s stunning eastern coastline, offering endless blue waters, snorkeling at its best, and unforgettable Instagram shots.

Our sailing trip starts from the beautiful marina of Agios Nikolaos in Lassithi. You’ll set sail along the beautiful shores and stop at Kokokytha Beach, known for its crystal-clear turquoise waters. You’ll love snorkeling in Kolokytha, exploring the beautiful seabed, and relaxing under the sun.

We will also visit the small Islet of Spinalonga, made famous by Victoria Hislop’s bestseller The Island. Spinalonga features an impressive Venetian fort, which has had various uses over the centuries, its most recent being a lepers’ colony in the early 20th century (the last lepers left the islet in 1957). You’ll see their houses, still standing as silent witnesses of human strength and resilience. The pristine waters surrounding Spinalonga are fantastic for swimming and snorkeling.

As the day winds down, you can either disembark in the Agios Nikolaos marina or head towards Kanali, a local restaurant famous for its Cretan cuisine and stunning sea views. The perfect day for sea-lovers of all ages!
